We're thrilled to share an exciting update with you all! After our recent move to a new location in Spooner, WI, we've been hard at work preparing for a brand-new venture: Alley Cats Coffee Roasters.
As of July 2022, our beloved coffee shop has found its new home, but that's not where the story ends. In our old shop's location, we're creating a dedicated space for roasting premium, freshly roasted Alley Cats Coffee beans. This new endeavor marks a significant milestone in our journey, and we can't wait to share it with you.
Our vision for the Alley Cats Coffee roastery is simple yet profound: to brew happiness... at home. Just as we've been dedicated to brewing happiness one cup at a time in our coffee shop, we're now extending that commitment to your home. With our carefully selected beans, expertly roasted to perfection, we aim to elevate your brewing experience and bring joy to every sip.
While the roastery won't be generally open to the public, you'll still be able to experience the magic of freshly roasted Alley Cats Coffee. Our premium beans will be available for purchase online, allowing coffee lovers from all across the US to indulge in our exquisite blends. Additionally, you can find our roasted coffee available for sale at our coffee shop location in Spooner.
