As part of our commitment to bringing you the finest coffee experience, we've recently invested in a beautiful, brand new 10kg professional coffee roaster from Mill City Roasters (the best in the biz!). This marks a significant milestone in our journey, and we're eager to bring you along every step of the way.
With our new roaster (ours will be black & chrome), we're poised to take our coffee offerings to new heights. But first, let's dive into why we chose a traditional commercial drum roaster over air roasting and the advantages it brings.
